 With our simple to use Cattrack 1 product you can see exactly where you pet has been using cutting edge GPS technologyThis amazing little device carries a lot of punch for its size containing a Sirf III GPS Receiver, patch antenna, Li-Ion rechargeable battery, memory for storing position information, USB interface and also included in the box, our GPS mapping software which can be installed onto any computer.

The GPS unit is equipped with 2 LED lights to show the device’s status and operation but these can easily be disabled by software so that the GPS device will draw no attention when mounted to a cat if preferred.

The device enclosure is fully water proof and also comes with a silicon rubber frame that allows it to be mounted to a cat’s collar and provides additional shock protection.

This device has a number of benefits, the two main ones being:

• Safety – check if your cat is spending time near in dangerous locations, where it sleeps, its favourite hiding places or if its entering other peoples houses to be fed.
• Enjoyment – Have fun with the kids showing them where their furry friends like to spend there time.

How does it work?

The Cattrack 1 is simple and easy to use. Once the device’s battery is fully charged simply attach it to your cat via the supplied harness which is our recommended option (or otherwise via its collar). Once securely in place press the button and the GPS receiver will start logging its position at the desired time interval set (this can be adjusted using the software). You are now free to let your pet roam freely and its every move will be recorded.

Once the cat returns, remove the device and connect it to your computer using the supplied USB data cable. Following the instructions in the box, import the data from the device and as if by magic your cat’s path will be shown on a Google earth style map detailing how far its travelled, speed, time and other interesting information.
